CRITICAL: Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING RENESISLAB.

Modifying, calibrating, or tuning an internal combustion engine is an inherently dangerous activity that carries a high risk of catastrophic mechanical failure, property damage, serious injury, or death. Rotary engines (including the Mazda Renesis 13B-MSP) are exceptionally sensitive to detonation, pre-ignition, and lean air-to-fuel ratios.

RenesisLab is an automated mathematical data analysis tool, NOT a professional tuning service. The software merely processes the CSV data you upload and generates calculations based on standard mathematical formulas. The "recommendations" provided by the software are automated mathematical outputs based on your data inputs; they do not account for mechanical wear, sensor failure, vacuum leaks, hardware limitations, or other physical defects in your vehicle.

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT RENESISLAB, ITS CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL BEAR ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR ENGINE, VEHICLE, OR PERSON.

If you blow your apex seals, shatter your engine housings, melt your catalytic converter, spin a bearing, or destroy your vehicle as a result of applying calculations from this platform to your engine's ECU, you are 100% financially and legally responsible. You apply these values to your Engine Control Unit (ECU) strictly at your own risk.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RenesisLab (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Accuracy of Data

The calculations generated by RenesisLab are completely dependent on the accuracy of the datalogs you upload. Faulty sensors (e.g., a failing MAF sensor or degraded wideband O2 sensor) will result in dangerously inaccurate mathematical outputs. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your vehicle is mechanically sound and that your sensors are reading accurately before utilizing this Service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
